Digital Home Communications, LLC.Dave Rollins - CEO and CFO
Dave Rollins currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Digital Home Communications, LLC, overseeing the the company's internal operations and all financial activities. As a co-founder, Dave brings more than 19 years of industry management experience to the company.
Since 1991, Dave has filled analyst, accounting, and Director of Finance roles with IBM, WordPerfect, Novell, GE and FranklinCovey. With this experience, Dave has built a reputation for instilling disciplined business execution and for guiding businesses to the desired financial model. As CFO of AudioShare, he created the financial model that has enabled the business to grow from a humble bootstrapped company to a respected company selling products worldwide. As CEO, Dave has forged partnerships with companies opening new business opportunities and expanding the AudioShare name.
Dave holds an MBA from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance (cum laude) from Brigham Young University.
Steven R. Lindsey - Founder, Co-Inventor, and Chairman
Steve Lindsey is the Chairman and Lead Architect of AudioShare. Since co-founding the company in June of 2000, he has led the overall strategic direction of the company and it's efforts to create the next generation intercom and audio/video sharing solutions. As the Co-Inventor of AudioShare, Steve built the technology the business relies on.
Steve has over 15 years experience as Chief Technology Officer, Architect Design Consultant and Engineering Manager at Novell, Inc. and I3 Technologies, Inc. Steve is an inventor, innovator and pioneer in both developing cutting-edge technology and applying it to the market in an affordable way that enhances customer's lives. Steve's blend of background in Digital Signal Processing and computer networking coupled with Steve's ability to lead and motivate his workforce has won him wide spread recognition and respect throughout the industry.
Steve graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Brigham Young University. Steve currently serves as a member of the selection committee for the Utah Innovation Award sponsored by Stoel Rives and the Utah Technology Council.
Richard C. Lindsey - CTO
Richard Lindsey is the Chief Technology Officer responsible for overseeing the research and development of technologies, product development and manufacturing. Richard is a co-founder of the company.
Richard, father of Steve Lindsey, has experience in all aspects of engineering design, development, and manufacturing for companies such as Signetics/Philips Semiconductor and Universal Research Laboratories. Richard's vast experience and forward thinking in the electronics industry makes him a key industry innovator.
Richard graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology at Brigham Young University. Richard serves on the Board of Directors for many civic organizations.
Bill Jarvis - Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Bill Jarvis serves as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this role he is responsible for all worldwide sales operations and marketing direction and efforts. Bill is a co-founder of the company.
Bill has earned 15 years of sales and marketing experience working for Ingram Micro (the largest computer distributor in the world), S3 Corporation (a graphics chip and peripherals manufacturer), and Cendant Corporation. Bill's experience in introducing dozens of new products into new markets is proving extremely valuable. Bill's efforts at AudioShare have established a solid, growing sales channel and an ever increasing brand recognition in the industry. He has brought true customer focus to all AudioShare sales efforts, ensuring each sale to a dealer becomes a small part of the growing customer experience, not an end in itself.
