audioShare® SELECTED AS 2007 WINNER IN THE STOEL RIVES UTAH INNOVATION AWARDS

LEHI, Utah - May 10, 2007 - Digital Home Communication (DHC), LLC announced today that the audioShare® Intercom and Music Distribution system has won the 2007 Utah Innovation Awards in the Computer Hardware/Electrical Devices category.  “To win such a distinguished award is a great honor,” said Steve Lindsey, President and CEO of DHC.  “It’s a tribute to how well our team works together. What started as nothing more than a great idea years ago, is now a shipping product bringing high praise from customers and now from the technology industry itself.”

“We’ve tried to bring all the benefits to the homeowner that a fully digital intercom and music distribution system could provide.”, says Craig De Vries, VP of Engineering and co-inventor with Mr. Lindsey.   Craig adds, “What makes audioShare truly innovative is the unique point-to-point audio networking capability that utilizes the latest in digital technology.  This allows customers to share music throughout the home with a flexibility and ease never achieved before.”

The Utah Innovation Awards is sponsored by Stoel Rives and the Utah Technology Council to award new innovation in technology in various industry categories created in the State of Utah.  Over a hundred applications are submitted annually with only 2 finalists and a winner announced.  “This year’s finalists and winners are a great representation of the variety of innovation taking place throughout the state,” said Scott Young, Stoel Rives attorney and 2007 Utah Innovation Awards chairman, in a news release.
